Contact Circle Crop Image Team
Contact Circle Crop Image Team at hello@circlecropimage.app when a size, a menu note, or the editor looks wrong. There is no form, chat, or phone number.
What to include
Write to hello@circlecropimage.app. We cannot see your screen, so put the page address in the message. A subject such as “Wrong size on the LinkedIn page” is fine. You do not need a ticket number or a special template.
- The page address from the browser bar. “The LinkedIn page” can mean the size chart or the LinkedIn guide.
- The sentence you think is wrong, quoted, and the help link you opened.
- For the editor: the browser, the file type (PNG, JPG, or WebP), the export size, what you expected, and what happened.
- Which control was on, if you changed one. Crop fills the circle. Fit keeps the whole photo inside it. A border, a square export, or an oval will not look like a plain circle.
What not to send
Do not attach the photograph. Contact circlecropimage.app about the file type and the result, not the picture. An inbox is a poor place for a face, an ID card, or a document.
The editor does not crop a file on a server. HEIC and HEIF need a JPG first. A file over 50 MB is rejected, and an export stops at 4096 pixels on the long side. A contact about a missing feature can use the same address. It is read as a comment, not a promise of a date.
